pay shareholder income tax from s corp

Hi Tax Guru!
Again, thanks for the great advice on this forum!
I formed an scorp in WI 4/08 and am 100% shareholder. I paid myself a wage of $2k/mo=$18k and took $2k in distributions, then had $21k left in the scorp account at year end. I wanted to have some basis, in case of future losses. However, my personal income tax bill is $2300 (state and federal). Is there an advantage to paying that from my scorp and do I pay it directly to the IRS? Can I then write it off as tax payment for the scorp in 2009?
