Employer matched payroll taxes, form 4137?

If I file form 4137 Social Security and Medicare Tax on Unreported Tip Income, what happens to the employers share of the second half of the 7.65% tax? Do they have to adjust their tax return and owe to the IRS? Or is it simply forgotten? (this is for tax year 2009)

Thanks in advance.
