1099 from an employer that I cannot reach

I worked as an appraiser for a company that no longer exists...I usually get a 1099 statement at this point and file accordingly. I cannot get in contact with anyone from that said company, and am wondering how I would proceed. I have a W2 from my new job, but do I need to claim that money made from the previous employer (it was very minimal)...any help would be appreciated
