You are not alone, it is generally quite common to have corporations file a request for an automatic extension. So don't worry. The procedure is quite simple really, you may this request by Filing Form 7004 requesting an automatic six-month extension for filing Form 1120.
So, to answer your question, you get an extra 6 months to file your tax return. The address location depends on what State you are conducting your business from, and if you provide me with the State I would be happy to provide you the mailing address. |
