How are LLC's taxed in New Jersey State?

Limited Liability companies are not subject to New Jersey State Income taxes. However, all LLC's are subject to annual filing fees at time of submission of the annual partnership tax return, except in the case of LLC's with fewer than 3 partners, who pay no annual filing fee.

The annual filing fees is equal to $150 x No. of Partners (only in case of more than 2 partners)

Therefore, for 3 partners LLC's the minimum filing fee is $450.00, whereas for 4 partners the annual filing fee would be $150 x 4 = $600.
