I need to correct my allocations on form 8379 already filed

Hello all-
I filed electronically through the Credit Karma tax website this year. I filed several weeks ago. Last week I logged back in to download and print my filed forms. While I was reviewing them I realized that my form 8379 was completely wrong, and all of the income and tax credits were allocated to my wife, who is the other spouse, not the inured spouse.
The process of filling the form in online seemed simple enough. I selected myself as the injured spouse, and I selected myself as owning the w2's that were reported, yet everything defaulted to the other spouse. I had no way of seeing it until I filed and viewed the packet for printing. Apparently, after you select the form and load your information into it you have to leave it then return to edit it to manually allocate everything.
Now that I know it is filed incorrectly, I'm having a hard time finding out how I need to fix it.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to get this wrong, but I can't find anything to tell me how to correct the mistake.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
