In other words, only if a C-Corp makes a profit and distributes dividends to shareholders will double-taxation come into play

Thank you Wnhough,

All off this info I already know but thanks for the effort. My question was not about double taxation though or how do I get taxed.

My question still has not been answered yet.

Since I am currently on unemployment, do I have to report my C Corp earnings as personal earnings to the unemployment agency IF I do not pay myself a paycheck/dividend from my C corp until I can afford too?

I will not be reporting earnings on my 1040 because I did not pay myself from my C corp.

I still need my unemployment while I am growing my business. That is why I am asking. If I have to report C corp earnings as personal income(if I did not pay myself), I will lose my unemployment benefits.

So, one more time:

Since I am currently on unemployment, do I have to report my C Corp earnings as personal earnings to the unemployment agency IF I do not pay myself a paycheck/dividend from my C corp until I can afford too?

Thanks
