Single member LLC New York State - Annual filing fee

I recently formed a LLC in New York state. I am the only member, and it's treated as sole proprietorship for federal tax purposes (disregarded entity).

My understanding is that i am supposed to file a bi-ennial report withe NY state every 2 years. Correct?

I also read that there is an annual filing fee due 60 days from the last day of tax year. Is this applicable to me or only for partnership as the filing fee payment form is IT-204-LL (IT-204 is for partnerships).

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!
VTLLC

1; correct; you neeed to file SCh C/SE as a SMLLC oowner.

2.I do not think so you need to file it annually. You can contact the finance Dept of NYS for more info in detail.
