When should I file my Georgia State Corporation Tax Return?

According to the Georgia epartment of Revenue, "the corporate income tax return is due on or before the 15th day of the 3rd month following the close of the taxable year."

In addition, there is an additional requirement of filing a "corporate net worth tax return that must be filed on or before the fifteenth day of the third month following the beginning of the corporation's taxable period."

The Corporate tax returns will report both the income tax and net worth tax on the same form, Form 600 or 600S.
