1. Taxpayers should check with their respective tax preparers and CPA's to ensure that their E-File Extension Forms were accepted by the Federal (IRS) and State Tax Authorities.
2. Taxpayers should also check their bank accounts to determine whether or not their electronic extension payments, if any, were timely debited by the Federal (IRS) or the State Tax authorities.
If not, they should immediately contact their CPA's or tax preparers so that they can make the appropriate steps to fix this problem. |
