The basis can be increased in 2 ways, one way is to simply invest more capital into the LLC directly by writing a personal check paid into the LLC Bank Account.
The other method is to make a loan to the LLC with a properly structured note that specifies the interest rates, terms of the loan and the repayment terrms. |
