W-3's

I have an issue with security doing my year end bonus checks. I want them done by an outside service including W-2's. Is it possible to send in two W-3's, one for regular payroll and one for the bonuses?

no as you report bonuses as part of the wages in Box 1on W2 ; to prepare a W-3 form, you must add up wages for all employees in each category and use them to complete the W-3 form. A W-3 Form is a transmittal form sent to the SSA showing total earnings, Social Security wages, Medicare wages and withholding for all employees for the previous year.
