Guaranteed Payments paid as Wages from LLC

I am in need a Federal Court Case that would include a ruling on how wages should not be paid from a LLC for partners. They should be in the form of Guaranteed Payments. Also, if the taxpayer was doing this for previous years would the IRS go back and make the taxpayer amend returns?
